Project Description

This single storey building housed Corrective Services Management Team. The building internally was totally refurbished to accommodate the additional staff at a cost of less then $300K. The works comprised of demolition of the existing layout and construction of new new office partitions, upgrade to the mechanical system, installation of new electrical and data points and also the installation of a new kitchenette.
